Ultra Light and Compact for Backpacking
At just 11 ounces, the SIEGE Gen 4 Flat-Pack Stove in Titanium includes 4 Walls, Base Plate, and 4 Cross-Members (2 go on top & 2 underneath). This ultra lightweight backpacking stove also packs flat for ultra compact portability. The stove assembles quickly without needing heavy hinges (which could also warp from heat).
High-Performance
The Siege stove boils water fast! Bottom Cross-Members raise the stove off the ground and the top Cross-Members raise pots, pans and grills above the stove for optimal air flow and maximum heat. The stove’s tapered “Hibachi” shape projects heat up and compacts embers together as the fuel burns down. The Siege stove’s superior top-loading design builds a large bed of embers and concentrates the heat for optimal grilling. (The side-feeder holes in other stoves allow coals to pour out, wind to blow in, and significant heat to escape, so a coal bed cannot build up for grilling.)
High Fuel Capacity and Efficiency
The SIEGE Flat-Pack ultra lightweight backpacking stove has significant fuel capacity for its size. You can load it up with thick chunks of wood and it will burn for a while and produce great coals for grilling. However, the stove’s fuel-efficient design ensures you don’t need to find or carry much wood scraps, twigs, and charcoal to quickly enjoy a blazing, crackling wood fire.
Convenient Top Feeding Design
In addition, the the top cross-members are optimized to allow you to easily add chunks of fuel over the sides without having to lift the pot off the stove.
Durable
This stove is precision laser-cut in USA from pure US-produced aerospace-certified Titanium. Our Customers have used Siege stoves around the world for over a decade with no reports of failure or problems, in some of the most rugged conditions on earth. The Cross Members lock into the stove to provide a 7-inch spread above and below for superior stability, easily supporting a wide, heavy Dutch oven or iron skillet.
Multi-Fuel
The SIEGE Flat-Pack stove is also multi-fuel capable. You can place an alcohol stove such as a Trangia, hexamine tablets (e.g. Esbit), and other synthetic fuels on the base plate inside. Simply raise the base plate with a pair of tent pegs or skewers stuck through the stove to move the Trangia/Esbit/Gel Fuel, etc. to the optimal distance from the pot. You can also rotate the top Cross-Members 45 degrees to set them lower in the stove to lower the pot/coffee cup closer to the heat source. The stove walls provide an ideally-ventilated wind shield for any fire source, and the ideal support for cooking on top.
Many ways to Cook
Your SIEGE Flat-Pack ultra lightweight backpacking stove provides a variety of cooking options. The cross-member design securely supports any size pot, from a coffee cup to a 9-inch diameter Dutch oven. You can also place the cross-members in parallel in the additional slots on top and lay a lockable pot on its side with bread mix inside to bake. You can even remove the cross-members and lay skewers across the ridged mouth of the stove to grill kebabs over embers.
Expand your stove’s capabilities with Siege accessories. With Siege Compact or Large Folding Grills you can grill hot dogs, fish, steak, and more. You can toast up to 4 slices of bread around your Siege Stove (cooking on top at the same time) with Siege Side Toasters. Additionally, you can store your stove and cross members in our durable Knee-Pad Pouch and Cross-Member Sheath. You can add these accessories individually or get them bundled in Siege Stove Combo Kits.
